Digital Products
- Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded/accessed, it is non-refundable.
- If you experience technical issues with the product, please contact our support team at hello@learnbizskills.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Online Courses
- Refund requests for online courses will only be considered if:
- The course has not been accessed beyond the first module.
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
